I want 30 total minutes of uphill running at about 70% effort, the longer the hill, the less time spent running back down it to accumulate more time. This doesn’t mean running for 30 minutes, you can’t count any time spent running downhill.
When you’re done, you’ve got 3 rounds of the following:
30 Mountain Climbers
30 Walking Lunges
Accumulate 1:00/ Side in straight arm side planks
10 Minutes of Yoga
I’m looking for lizard lunge stretches, side lunges, cobra stretches, and down dogs, move slow and controlled and alternate between them all.
