Yesterday was a smasher, so today it’s about that long slow….

You have to run for an hour.

Bonus points if it’s off road!

No music allowed, and don’t track it, bring a watch to time it, and just run.

Avoid straight lines, take curves, hop curbs, hop branches, do some wacky shit, but don’t get caught up in a repetitive motion for 60 minutes.

When you’re done, mandatory 15 Minutes of holding stretch poses, you choose the poses, you can do some straddle, pigeon, whatever.
